Terms & conditions for bed & breakfast, guests and trainings

Welcome to the Jesus Center. When you make a booking or if you are visiting or staying at the Jesus Center for any reason, you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of below.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 2.00pm to 10.00pm on the day of arrival at reception. At check out please vacate your room by 11.00am on the morning of departure. Before you go, please leave the key to your room in the door for staff to collect. You may be charged for lost room keys.

Booking Policy

We only allow our B&B guests to book 4 nights at a time. If you want to stay longer after 4 nights please speak to reception. We are not responsible for any booking errors, for example regarding dates and rooms.


We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees whilst acting in the course of their employment.

You can use the facilities including the Sports Hall at your own risk. You will responsible for you and your children’s health and safety during your stay and we will not take any responsibility for any accidents, injuries, sickness, damage, loss or theft of items.

Children are not allowed to be left unattended and must be attended by an adult at all times including in the Sports Hall. You will be held responsible for your belongings and vehicles during your stay.

TLR Jesus Center will not be responsible for any property left at the location, and may dispose of any such property if not claimed and collected by you within seven days of the end of your stay.

Car Parking

A car park is available for guests use on our premises. Cars parked here are at the owners own risk. Please drive slowly around the premises and look out for pedestrians. TLR Jesus Center will not be responsible for your vehicle or for any accidents, injury or damage to your vehicle or people. 

Guest Rules

In case of a fire, please use the nearest exit and make your way to the main car park.

Please do not take any bedding, towels, clothing or furniture or fittings from the Jesus Center. Please do not waste any water, heating and electricity. When the radiator is on please keep windows closed. Close the windows and turn off the light when you leave a room. Please clean up after yourself, including your dishes and after using the bedroom, communal areas, laundry room, bathrooms etc. Please use the bins for any rubbish.

Your room will not be cleaned during your stay but if you need anything please ask reception. Men and women are not allowed to visit each others rooms. We ask that your respect our staff and the Jesus Center terms and conditions.

Damage and Breakages

Please take care of our premises. You are responsible and liable for any breakages or damages which you cause to the accommodation or its contents. Please report these as soon as they occur especially if you accidentally spill something – it’s much easier to clean if we know what it is and act quickly.

We do not normally charge, but we reserve the right to charge for repair and replacement, if the damage is significant.



Some data gathered during the course of a booking may be held on computer. If you would prefer us not to hold this information please let us know.


We provide Free Wi-Fi in most areas, however we cannot guarantee that it will always be available


Pets are not permitted

Filming and Recording

You are not allowed to film or take any kind of recordings of the people (i. e. people joining any kind of schools, guests, etc.) staying at the TLR Jesus Center without their permission.

Smoking/ Alcohol/ Drugs and Weapons

Smoking, Alcohol, Drugs and Weapons are not permitted within the whole area of the TLR Jesus Center. Please note that offending guests may be asked to leave immediately and may be liable for professional cleaning of any rooms and any outstanding balance of nights booked but not taken through early departure.

Termination Policy

The Last Reformation reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate, without notice, any individuals stay where deemed necessary through unacceptable behaviour or as a result of actions which are likely to endanger or offend others (Please note that non compliance of our non smoking policy may constitute termination). In such circumstances any outstanding account must be settled, no refunds will be made.

Travel and Transport

We do not provide any transport to and from the premise. We advise you to take out travel insurance covering you against cancellation, curtailment, personal liability, personal accident and lost property.

In the event that guests require a VISA, you take full responsibility for ensuring you obtain a VISA. In the event that you do not obtain a VISA, it is deemed that you have cancelled your booking.


You are responsible for your health and safety during your stay at the Jesus Center and we do not take any responsibility or provide any health or travel insurance.  

Personal Searches

TLR Jesus Center reserves the right to search the bags and other personal property of all guests in appropriate circumstances.


You acknowledge that TLR Jesus Center may use for publicity purposes and without prior notification any photograph or video taken of you at the location, and any statement (whether written or oral) made by you. If you don’t want any photographs or videos taken of you to be published, please let us know prior to your visit.

We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyrights (including rights in software), trademarks, database rights, patents and inventions) in and relating to the service are owned by us and our licensors or contractors. Nothing in this agreement operates to transfer any such intellectual property rights to you. We reserve the right to assign or sub-contract any of our rights and obligations under this agreement without notice to you.
